The Rowlett Community Centre at 5300 Main St runs a bunch of fitness programs that most residents don't even know about. I started going last year and they're genuinely good.

- Yoga — Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am and 6:30pm

The line dancing group on Fridays is lowkey the most fun thing happening in Rowlett. My wife dragged me once and now I go every week. Average age is 65 and they have more energy than I do.
