Started training no-gi more seriously and the leg lock game at my gym is way ahead of me. I'm getting caught in outside heel hooks, inside heel hooks, and some stuff I don't even have names for.
I need to learn the positions and defense before I can start attacking. What's the best instructional for someone starting from basically zero leg lock knowledge?
I train at a gym in North Dallas that does a lot of no-gi and the competition guys are all about the leg game.
