Telehealth (immediate):
- MDLIVE — $0 with many insurance plans, $75 self-pay. Source: mdlive.com
- Teladoc — similar pricing and availability. Source: teladoc.com
- Your insurance app — most Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United apps have built-in telehealth with $0-25 copay.
After hours/weekends:
- CareNow and CityDoc have Saturday/Sunday hours
- Telehealth is available 24/7
- Freestanding ERs are 24/7 but charge ER prices ($500+ minimum)
