SA is still affordable but for how long?

Austin priced everyone out and now they're moving here. The northeast side is growing insanely fast. Schertz, Cibolo, New Braunfels — all exploding.

I bought my house on the west side for $180k in 2019. Zillow says $310k now. It's starting here too.

the west side and south side are still affordable. for now

my rent in stone oak went from 1200 to 1600 in 2 years. not great

austin refugees are driving prices up. seen it happen in real time
