Alamo Heights "09" — is it worth the hype?

The zip code carries weight in SA. Great schools, old money vibes, beautiful houses, walkable to the Pearl and Broadway. But the property taxes are brutal and the lots are small.

Is it the best neighborhood in SA or just the most expensive?
