- Full kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances
- Washer/dryer in the house (shared)
- Backyard with a patio and grill
- Two-car garage (one spot available for your car)
- Quiet residential street, sidewalks, families around
The cost:
- $750/month, all utilities included (electric, gas, water, internet)
- Internet is AT&T Fiber, 300 Mbps
- $750 security deposit, refundable
- Month-to-month lease after the first 6 months
Current roommates:
- Me: 30, male, works in IT, commutes to Dallas via DART. Quiet, clean, rarely home on weekends.
- Other roommate: 28, female, nurse at Baylor Garland. Works rotating shifts so the schedule is variable.
- We are both clean, respectful of shared spaces, and keep to ourselves. No drama.
What I am looking for:

- No smoking inside the house
- Pets negotiable (we have no pets currently, but a small dog or cat would be fine)

Why this is a good deal:
- $750 all-in within walking distance of a DART station is hard to find. Studio apartments near the station are $1,200+.
- The DART commute to downtown Dallas is 35 minutes. If you work in Dallas, this saves you gas and parking money.
- The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can walk to Main St restaurants and the library.
