Journeyman Plumber

- Handle residential service calls: drain clearing, water heater replacement, leak detection, and repiping - Run 4-6 service calls per day across the Fort Worth metro area - Diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, and provide upfront pricing to homeowners - Install new fixtures, water heaters (tank and tankless), and water softeners - Mentor apprentice plumbers who ride along on your service calls

- Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners Journeyman license (no exceptions) - 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience - Valid driver's license with clean record - Ability to work in crawlspaces, under houses, and in attics - Strong customer communication skills — you're selling the repair, not just doing it

- $25-$35/hr base rate PLUS performance bonuses (top plumbers earn $80K-$100K/year) - Company truck, fuel card, uniforms, and iPad for invoicing - Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance - Ongoing training and manufacturer certifications paid by the company - Dispatched from home — no need to come to the shop every morning
