What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems across Tarrant County
- Perform seasonal maintenance (tune-ups, filter changes, coil cleaning) on 6-8 units per day
- Install new HVAC equipment including split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues using diagnostic tools
- Provide customers with honest assessments and repair vs. replace recommendations
What You Need
- EPA 608 Universal certification (Type I/II at minimum)
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential or commercial)
- TDLR HVAC technician registration (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license — you'll drive a company van to job sites
- Comfortable working in Texas attics in summer (it regularly exceeds 130 degrees up there)
