GCISD schools are A-rated. $400-520K. 6. Mansfield — Mansfield ISD is underrated (A- on Niche). Affordable. $350-430K.
Budget-friendly family areas ($250-350K): 7. Cedar Hill — Good schools, diverse, 20 min to downtown. Joe Pool Lake. $270-350K. 8. Midlothian — Small-town feel, growing fast. MISD is solid. $280-360K. 9. Wylie — Collin County affordability with decent schools. $300-380K.
