I've driven in a lot of states. Texas is on another level.
Nobody uses turn signals. Everybody tailgates. Pickup trucks doing 90 in the right lane. People merging at 45 onto a highway where traffic is going 75. The amount of paper plates I see is concerning.
And the road rage? I've seen things on the highway here that would make a NYC cab driver nervous.
Is there any enforcement happening or is it just the wild west out here?
Hot take: Texas drivers are aggressive but predictable. They're going fast and they expect you to keep up. Northeast drivers are passive-aggressive which is somehow worse.
