EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 29-year-old El Paso man, who once worked for the El Paso Police Department, crashed into a boulder at a roundabout in far East El Paso after “babysitting” two tall-boys at a nearby bar, according to the arrest affidavit obtained by KTSM 9 News.
