Globe Life Field food guide 2026: Every concession ranked from S-tier to skip

Globe Life Field has one of the best food selections in Major League Baseball. I have eaten my way through the entire stadium across 20+ games. Here is the definitive ranking.

S-Tier (worth seeking out):

  1. Brisket Egg Rolls (Section 108 area) — Smoked brisket, slaw, and a sweet BBQ drizzle in a crispy wrapper. $14 and worth every penny. This is the best single food item in any DFW stadium.
  2. Chili Cheese Fries at Texas Smoke — Real smoked meat chili on hand-cut fries. Massive portion at $12. Sharable.
  3. Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich (Section 200 concourse) — Crispy, spicy, with pickled daikon. $15. A sleeper that most fans walk past.

A-Tier (solid choices): 4. Loaded BBQ Baked Potato — Pulled pork, cheese, sour cream on a huge potato. $12 and genuinely filling. 5. Elote in a Cup — Street corn with cotija, lime, and chili powder. $8. Authentic and good. 6. Local craft beer rotation — Globe Life has a partnership with local DFW breweries. Expect Turning Point, Martin House, and Community Brewing on rotation. $12-14 per pour.

B-Tier (acceptable): 7. Standard hot dog — It is a ballpark hot dog. $7. It exists and it is fine. 8. Chicken tenders basket — Reliable but unremarkable. $13.

F-Tier (do not waste your money): 9. Any pizza — Aramark stadium pizza is an insult to the concept of pizza. $9 for cardboard with cheese. 10. The $18 "premium" burger — Cold bun, thin patty, limp lettuce. The BBQ options are right there. Skip this.

Pro tips:

  • Bring an empty water bottle. Globe Life has free water refill stations throughout the concourse.
  • The craft beer options rotate by series. Check the Rangers app for the current list.
  • Club Level (Sections 100-130) has better food options and shorter lines. Worth the ticket upgrade.

The brisket egg rolls are NOT overhyped. I have tried to find a flaw and cannot. Perfectly fried, real brisket, great sauce. Best stadium food item in Texas.

Bringing an empty water bottle is the real money saver. Water at the concession stands is $6. Free refill stations save you $20+ over a game.

Korean fried chicken sandwich is the sleeper of the year. Most people do not even know it exists because it is tucked away on the 200 level. Once you find it, you never go back to the hot dog stand.

Hard agree on the pizza being terrible. I made that mistake in my first game at Globe Life and have not gone back. The BBQ options are right there — why would anyone choose pizza?
