I wrestled in high school and want to get back into it at 29. The problem is every wrestling program I find is for kids.
Are there any adult wrestling classes or open mats in DFW? I don't need a team or a competition schedule. I just want to drill takedowns and scramble a few times a week.
I know a lot of BJJ gyms do wrestling but I want actual wrestling, not "BJJ wrestling" which is usually just bad singles.
