- Telling a Texan you prefer Kansas City BBQ
- Wearing an Eagles jersey to AT&T Stadium
- Putting beans in chili
Fort Worth people when you say "DFW is just one city":
- Their eye twitches
- They take a deep breath
- They begin a 45-minute lecture on how Fort Worth is "the real Texas"
- They mention that Fort Worth has the Stockyards, better museums, and actual culture
- They bring up how Dallas is "all corporate and no soul"
- You are now trapped in this conversation forever
Meanwhile, people from Dallas when you mention Fort Worth: "Oh yeah, that's out west, right? I think I went there once for a concert."
The rivalry is real but only one side is keeping score.
