Want to get my 8-year-old into martial arts. He's hyperactive and needs an outlet. I did judo as a kid and loved it so I'm leaning that direction over karate or TKD.
Are there good youth judo programs in the DFW area? I want something that teaches discipline and technique, not just a daycare with gis. Ideally with opportunities for kids' competitions if he takes to it.
We're in the Plano area.
