What You'll Do

- Develop and execute test programs for analog and mixed-signal semiconductor devices - Design test hardware (load boards, probe cards) for production testing - Analyze yield data to identify process variations and improve test coverage - Collaborate with design engineers to define testability requirements for new products - Debug test failures at the bench using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and precision meters

What You Need

- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field - 2-5 years of semiconductor test engineering experience - Proficiency in test programming languages (C, Python, LabVIEW, or vendor-specific) - Understanding of analog circuits, signal integrity, and measurement techniques - Experience with ATE platforms (Teradyne, Advantest, or National Instruments)
