What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 40-60 mid-market business accounts for AT&T Business solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Coordinate between technical teams and clients to resolve service issues and implement new solutions
- Track account health metrics (NPS, churn risk, expansion revenue) in Salesforce
- Partner with sales engineering on proposals for network upgrades and cybersecurity add-ons
What You Need
- 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or B2B sales
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM/CS platforms
- Strong communication skills — you'll present to C-suite stakeholders
- Understanding of telecom/networking concepts is helpful but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
