Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

- Clean and prepare 14-16 guest rooms per 8-hour shift to Marriott brand standards - Make beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and restock amenities in each room - Report maintenance issues (broken fixtures, HVAC problems, stains) to engineering - Handle guest requests for extra towels, pillows, and rollaway beds - Deep clean rooms on checkout days and perform light touch-ups on stay-over rooms

- No experience required — Marriott provides full training on their cleaning standards - Physical ability to push a loaded housekeeping cart, bend, lift, and stand for full shifts - Attention to detail — inspectors check your rooms and the standards are specific - Reliable attendance — housekeeping is the most critical department in any hotel - Must be available weekends and holidays (these are the busiest days)
