What You'll Do
- Maintain Fort Worth's 300+ parks: mowing, trimming, edging, and landscaping
- Set up and break down equipment for special events and sports leagues at park facilities
- Repair playground equipment, picnic tables, benches, and park signage
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small tractors
- Respond to after-hours emergencies (fallen trees, flooding, vandalism) on a rotating on-call schedule
What You Need
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat (summer temps regularly exceed 100 degrees)
- Physical ability to perform manual labor for full 8-hour shifts
- No experience required — training provided on equipment operation and safety
- CDL is a plus but not required (they'll help you get one for the higher-pay equipment operator roles)
