What You'll Do
- Process legal documents, court filings, and public records at the Dallas County Clerk's Office
- Assist the public at the counter with record requests, marriage licenses, and document filings
- Enter data into the county's document management system and verify accuracy
- Prepare certified copies of official documents and collect filing fees
- Maintain filing systems and assist with records retention and archiving
What You Need
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or some college preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Customer service experience — you'll interact with the public all day
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage for this role
