What You'll Do
- Support senior consultants on technology implementation projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications
- Assist with data migration, system testing, and go-live support
- Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time (mostly regional DFW and Houston)
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (2025-2026 grads welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel — consulting means being where the client is
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is a differentiator but not required
