What You'll Do
- Respond to emergency calls as part of JPS's community paramedicine program in Tarrant County
- Assess patient conditions, provide basic life support, and transport to appropriate facilities
- Assist paramedics with advanced procedures during critical transports
- Complete patient care reports and maintain ambulance equipment between calls
- Participate in community health screenings and outreach events
What You Need
- Texas DSHS EMT-Basic certification (or National Registry with Texas reciprocity)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts (Kelly schedule: 24 on, 48 off)
- Physical ability to lift patients on stretchers (125+ lbs with partner)
