Frequently asked questions

Do I need a business profile to buy a boost?

You need a KnowYard account. When you upgrade, we'll create your business profile if you don't have one yet.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to your Business Dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription' to cancel through Stripe. You'll keep your benefits until the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between a Job Boost and a Promoted Post?

Job Boost features your job listing at the top of the jobs page for 7 days. Promoted Posts are regular posts that appear in the city feed with a 'Promoted' label and guaranteed impressions.

Do promoted posts look like ads?

They're clearly labeled as 'Promoted' for transparency, but they appear in the same format as regular posts — no pop-ups, no interruptions.
