GO TO URGENT CARE:
- Sprains, minor fractures
- Flu/cold that needs evaluation
- Minor cuts needing stitches
- UTIs, ear infections, pink eye
- X-rays needed same day
- Cost: $50-200 with insurance (vs $500-5,000+ ER)

- MinuteClinic at CVS — basic issues only but convenient and cheap.
USE TELEHEALTH:
- Prescription refills
- Rashes (photo-based diagnosis)
- Mental health check-ins
- Basic cold/flu when you just need a note for work
- Most insurance covers telehealth visits now at $0-25 copay.
