When I was in high school there were LAN centers all over the metroplex. We'd go every weekend, play Counter-Strike for 6 hours, eat pizza, and it was the best.
Now I can barely find one that's still open. Nerdvana in Frisco is cool but it's more of a board game cafe. Esports Stadium Arlington seems to only do events.
Are there any actual drop-in LAN centers left where you can just walk in, pay by the hour, and game? Asking for a 30-year-old who misses 2008.
