Game day food at AT&T Stadium: The definitive ranking of every concession stand

I have spent an embarrassing amount of money eating my way through AT&T Stadium. Here is the definitive food ranking.

S-Tier (worth every overpriced dollar):

  1. Brisket Nachos (Section 200 concourse) — Legit smoked brisket, queso, jalapenos on fresh chips. $16 but the portion is massive. Sharable.
  2. Chicken Tenders at Legends Level — Sounds basic but these are hand-battered and better than any chain restaurant. $14.
  3. Elote in a Cup (Section 300 concourse) — Street corn with cotija, lime, chili powder. $8 and authentically good.

A-Tier (solid choices): 4. Texas Smoke BBQ stand — Pulled pork sandwich is good. Skip the brisket sandwich (dry) and go for the pulled pork. 5. Torchy's Tacos stand — The Trailer Park taco (fried chicken, green chiles, cheese) travels well to your seat. 6. Craft beer selection (various stands) — The rotating local craft options have improved dramatically. Expect $14-16 per pour.

C-Tier (edible but not worth seeking out): 7. Standard hot dogs — It is a hot dog. $8. It exists. 8. Pizza — Aramark pizza is Aramark pizza. Avoid.

F-Tier (do not waste your money): 9. The $22 premium burger — Cold bun, thin patty, wilted lettuce. An insult at that price point. 10. Nachos from the basic stands — Bag chips with pump cheese. You can do this at home for $3.

Pro tip: The Club Level (Sections 200-249) has the best food options. If you can get Club Level tickets, the food alone improves the experience significantly.

Bring a clear bag with snacks from outside. The clear bag policy allows food from outside as long as it fits. Trail mix and granola bars save you $30 easy.

The craft beer rotation is legitimately good now. They had a Community Brewing Mosaic IPA last game that was excellent. Still $15 but at least it is quality.

The elote in a cup is a sleeper pick. $8 for something that actually tastes like real Mexican street corn and not stadium garbage. Highly recommend.

Section 200 brisket nachos are the single best stadium food item in DFW across all venues. I will argue this with anyone.

Agreed on the $22 burger. I made that mistake once and I think about it every time I go to a game. That burger personally offended me.
