What You'll Do
- Provide phone, chat, and screen-share support for TurboTax and QuickBooks customers
- Troubleshoot software issues, billing problems, and account access for small business owners
- Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 engineering support with detailed reproduction steps
- Handle high call volume during tax season (Jan-Apr) — expect 40-50 cases per day during peak
What You Need
- Some college or equivalent work experience in tech support or customer service
- Patience and clear communication — you'll explain tax software to people who hate technology
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debits, credits, invoicing)
- Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously (Salesforce, Jira, internal tools)
- Ability to work extended hours during tax season (overtime is paid)
