Team Lead

- Run shifts at a Whataburger restaurant — you're in charge when the manager isn't there - Train new team members on food prep, register operations, and customer service standards - Manage drive-thru operations to keep ticket times under 4 minutes - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues on the spot - Ensure food safety standards are met during every shift (temps, dates, cleanliness)

- 6+ months of fast food or restaurant experience (any brand counts) - Must be 18+ to operate kitchen equipment - Ability to work flexible hours including late nights (Whataburger is open 24/7 at most locations) - Leadership mentality — you'll direct a team of 4-8 people per shift - ServSafe Food Handler certification (they'll pay for it if you don't have it)

- $14-$17/hr depending on location and experience - Free meal every shift (the real perk — a Patty Melt and a Dr Pepper on the house) - Weekly pay with direct deposit - Advancement path: Team Lead -> Shift Manager -> Unit Manager ($50K+) - Medical and dental benefits for full-time employees after 60 days
