My son crosses Dalrock every morning to get to Coyle. The amount of people on their phones blowing through at 40 MPH is terrifying. Thank you Rowlett PD for enforcing this.

My concern is traffic. Bayside Dr and Dalrock are already congested during rush hour. Add a tourist attraction and a hotel? Chiesa Rd improvements can't come fast enough.

tap early tap often cannot be overstated. i tried to tough out a kimura at white belt and my shoulder was messed up for 3 months. not worth it. theres always another roll

bring a BACKUP GI. at my second IBJJF tournament my gi ripped in the second match. if i hadnt had a backup i would have been disqualified. $150 for a backup gi is cheap insurance

The line dancing group on Fridays is lowkey the most fun thing happening in Rowlett. My wife dragged me once and now I go every week. Average age is 65 and they have more energy than I do.
