Package Handler

- Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and air containers at the DFW hub - Sort packages by zip code and route using automated belt systems - Scan every package for tracking accuracy before it moves to the next stage - Handle irregular and oversized packages that don't fit standard conveyors - Work sunrise or twilight shifts (3:30 AM-8:30 AM or 5 PM-10 PM)

- Must be 18+ and able to lift 70 lbs (team lifts for heavier packages) - No degree or prior experience required - Show up on time — attendance matters more than anything here - Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required (they give you a voucher after 30 days) - Be ready to move fast for 4-5 hours straight

- $16-$20/hr starting, with raises every 6 months - Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year — great for students - Full medical/dental after 12 months for part-timers - Union position (Teamsters Local 767) with job protections - Pathway to full-time driver positions ($38+/hr top rate)
