Dental Assistant

- Chair-side assist dentists during exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and crown preps - Take digital X-rays (periapical, bitewing, panoramic) and intraoral photos - Sterilize instruments and set up treatment rooms between patients - Educate patients on post-procedure care and oral hygiene - Manage patient flow to keep the schedule running on time — usually 12-15 patients per day

- Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months - Dental X-ray certification required - Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus - Friendly chairside manner — the Frisco location sees a lot of families with kids - CPR/BLS certification

- $18-$22/hr based on experience and certifications - No evenings, no weekends — Mon-Fri 8 AM to 5 PM - Medical, dental (yes, free dental), and vision insurance - Paid CE courses and certification reimbursement - Uniform allowance and scrub stipend
