- Tatsu Ramen (Legacy West, Plano) — Japanese chain, first Texas location
- Cane Rosso Express (Mockingbird Station) — Fast casual version of the pizza institution
- Loro (Deep Ellum) — Aaron Franklin + Tyson Cole collab, Asian-BBQ fusion from Austin
Upcoming:
- H-E-B (multiple DFW locations) — The grocery store Texans have been begging for. Frisco, Plano, McKinney locations confirmed for 2026.
- Raising Cane's (3 new DFW locations) — Because we clearly need more chicken fingers
Notable closings:
- CBD Provisions (downtown) — After 10 years. The space will become a new concept.
- Mot Hai Ba (Deep Ellum) — Vietnamese fine dining, closed after 5 years

CBD Provisions closing is sad. That was one of the best restaurants in downtown. 10 year run is respectable though.
