Always wanted to play guitar. I'm 31 and finally bought one. Been watching YouTube tutorials for a month and I can play about 4 chords badly.
Is it worth paying for actual lessons? There are a million guitar teachers in DFW based on what I see online but I don't know how to pick one or what to expect to pay.
Or should I just grind it out with free online resources? I don't have dreams of being a rock star. I just want to be able to play songs around a campfire without embarrassing myself.
