- Sort packages on a fast-moving conveyor line by destination zip code - Load sorted packages into outbound trailers for regional delivery - Handle fragile and hazardous material packages according to DOT guidelines - Keep your work area clean and report any conveyor jams or safety hazards - Shifts are 4-5 hours, typically early morning (3 AM-8 AM) or evening (6 PM-11 PM)

- 18+ years old — that's really it for minimum requirements - Able to lift 75 lbs and handle packages at a pace of 1,200+ per hour on the belt - Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot Texas summers, cold winters) - Closed-toe shoes required, no loose clothing - Background check required but no drug test for package handlers
