Support groups (free):

- DBSA (Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance) — Dallas chapter meets monthly. Source: dbsalliance.org
For the uninsured:
- North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) — mental health services regardless of ability to pay. Source: ntbha.org
- Metrocare Services — largest public mental health provider in DFW. Sliding scale. Source: metrocareservices.org
Online/app-based:
- BetterHelp/Talkspace — $60-90/week. Insurance increasingly covers these.
- Cerebral — $85/month for therapy + medication management if needed.
