Snap Kitchen is my crutch during busy work weeks. Grab 5 meals on Sunday, don't think about lunch all week. Macros are on the label.

Flower Child in Preston Hollow is consistently excellent. The organic greens bowl with salmon is my go-to.

Central Market prepared foods section is dangerous. Everything looks amazing. Budget $50 and try to stick to it.
