Where to eat late night in Dallas (after midnight): The survival guide

Sometimes you need food at 1 AM. Dallas isn't NYC but we have options.

Open past midnight:

  • Buzzbrews (multiple) — 24 hours. Breakfast all day. Massive portions. The go-to.
  • Fuel City (Riverfront Blvd) — 24/7 tacos. $2.50. Enough said.
  • Whataburger — Honey butter chicken biscuit after midnight hits different. Every location.
  • Taco Cabana — 24-hour drive-thru locations. Breakfast tacos at 2 AM.

Open until 2 AM (weekends):

  • Pepe & Mito's (Deep Ellum, 2911 Elm St) — Tex-Mex, strong margaritas. Open late on weekends.
  • Angry Dog (Deep Ellum) — Hot dogs and beer. Simple, effective, open late.
  • Greenville Avenue Pizza Company — Late-night slices after bar close.

Open until midnight:

  • Halal Bros (multiple) — Chicken over rice. Hits every time. $8.99.
  • Velvet Taco — Late-night menu varies by location. WTC (Weekly Taco Component) is usually available.

The move: Fuel City at 2 AM after a night in Deep Ellum. Barbacoa taco, standing next to the longhorns in the field behind the gas station. Peak DFW.
