November Project DFW is the best free fitness community in the city. Show up at 6:15am, workout with 30-50 people, high fives, hugs, done. No payment, no judgment.

City pools in DFW for $2-5 per visit in summer are the most underused public resource. Olympic-sized pools in some cases. Your tax dollars at work.

Flag Pole Hill at White Rock Lake has everything you need for a calisthenics workout. Pull-up bars, flat grass, and a view of the lake. Free forever.
