Rockin' the River at Panther Island is uniquely Fort Worth. Float on a tube in the Trinity River while a band plays on a floating stage. Peak Texas summer.

Dallas Arboretum Cool Thursdays is technically $15 but you get full garden access + concert. Bring a picnic, a bottle of wine, and watch the sunset. Worth it.

Levitt Pavilion doing 50 free concerts per year in Arlington is the most underrated entertainment offering in DFW. Jazz, rock, country, Latin — everything.
