I got an offer from a large insurance company in the Richardson Telecom Corridor area. The salary is good but I can't find recent reviews anywhere. Glassdoor reviews are all from 3+ years ago.
What's the actual culture like? Is it as corporate and boring as I imagine? Is there room to move up or do you just sit in the same role for 10 years?
I'm coming from a startup so the structure will be a big change either way. Just want to know what I'm getting into.
I work at one of them (not saying which). It's corporate but not terrible. The stability is nice after being at places that do layoffs every quarter.
