What You'll Do
- Work all stations in the restaurant: grill, fry, counter, and drive-thru
- Prepare fresh food — In-N-Out makes everything from scratch (hand-cut fries, fresh never-frozen patties)
- Provide fast, friendly service to every customer (their customer service training is legendary)
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness to standards that exceed most fast-food chains
- Cross-train in every position within your first few months
What You Need
- Must be 18+ for full-time positions (16+ for part-time with limited hours)
- No experience required — In-N-Out's training program is one of the best in fast food
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn — they promote based on attitude, not tenure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (these locations get BUSY)
- Clean and professional appearance (dress code is strict)
